Game courses are sets of tasks for your character to complete while playing UnReal World. There are currently 3 game courses available: The UnReal World is the default one with no special tasks, Living in the wild acts as a tutorial, and Advanced adventures gives players some more challenging tasks to complete. Upon completion of the Living in the wild game course, the player gets to choose a reward of either skill points, increase in stats, or learning new rituals.
Players need to choose a game course during character creation and game course information can be accessed any time during gameplay by pressing F5. This menu can also be used to start an uncompleted game course during gameplay if no game course is active.
