In UnReal World's calendar, Pearl is the fifth month of winter season. Its first day is the 5th day of 11th week before summer season and its last is 6th day of 7th week before summer season. Its real world equivalent is February. Its name is likely due to midday sun, on a warmer day, thawing a little bit of snow, which then freezes again as ice pearls hanging from branches and roofs.

The weather is below freezing, and skiing is the best mode of transport. Waterways are frozen, with the exception of rapids and deep sea, making rafts and punts mostly unusable.

Being a winter month, drying food is possible.
