Hairy mushrooms start to sprout in Harvest month (August) and have a growing time of 35 days so they can be picked from Fall (September) until Dirt (October) when they start to wither. They can be found living in a symbiosis with birches. They are mildly poisonous, causing gut irritation if eaten raw, but are safe to eat after boiling.
