Conservations of the player character with NPCs (non-player characters) form a social and diplomatic aspect of the gameplay interactions in UnReal World.
The player character can converse with various characters, particularly those from local settlements. These include local farmers, hunters, craftsmen, sages or shamans, traders, and so on. Players can converse with male and female locals, and even children.
Various characters will have varying levels of interest and willingness to provide the player character with travel advice, hunting advice, barter trade offers, etc.
Usage
- Conversations are critical to all trading in the game via barter.
- Conversations are necessary to receive new quests, including advice on procedure and collecting the reward once the quest is completed.
- Conversations with sages (western and eastern cultures) or shamans (northern cultures) have a distinct status in particular, as sages (or shamans) can teach the player character new useful rituals.
