Dried meat is the longest lasting food in the game. It lasts 120 days outside of a cellar or freezing temperature.
In order to make dried meat or dried fish, you need a wall (or a kota Framework, or the side of a shelter), tying equipment and obviously meat or fish. Dried food can be made only in the winter and early spring. As with smoked meat, it requires 1 ft of tying equipment for every 2 slices of meat, and the tying equipment can reclaimed after the process is complete.
Dried meat lasts longer than both smoked meat and salted meat.
