What is better: masterwork spear or kaumolais spear?

I see in urw wikia that spear has point damage 7. Is any difference between qualities except in price?

Probably the Kaumo. Masterwork spear will add 10% to proficiency,  but Kaumo has better attack bonus. Those two factors alone would make it somewhat of a wash I think, but the Kaumo spear hits harder as well.

Edit: forgot masterwork has plus impact bonus, it's probably somewhat of a wash...but then again I don't know the ins and outs of the attack system like a dev

Now another question, i don't want to start another thread: i see in wikia that northern bow is good in mid-range distance. How much is this? Give me number and i will count with F3.

I'd say Kaumo spear is better in general, but if you want to use a shield the masterwork spear is probably a better choice.
