When checking paused shingles progress, the game prompts there's a single shingle. Should be plural.

Ah, this is a message for trying to pick up the items in crafting.
True indeed, its mistakenly (been) in singular form for not only shingles but for any pausable crafts.
Fixed now with the plural form... and maybe it would be better to say finished than ready. ie. The [items] here aren't finished yet.

When actually looking at the items in crafting
  • the message was okay.
Fixed - persists in 3.85beta.

My bad, I always try to pick up the cooking/smoking/drying in progress to check the timer until complete. Habit has carried over to pausable crafting.

And yes, “finished” is better than “ready (for picking up)”
