[Fixed - persists in 3.80] Using stealth from skill menu does nothing

Nothing happens after clicking on stealth in the skill menu.

Unlike what happens with other movement skills, there is no prompt or error message. The message log only produces this line:
Using: STEALTH

Indeed. Doesn't toggle stealth on nor does it turn off via skills - stealth

Although, the / skills generally prompt "is automatically used when necessary"
Maybe toggle hiding from skills menu... but that'd possibly interfere _Alt-hideworking.
