I hope in the future update where eye injuries could result in loss of the eye that the eyesight stat will be halved or diminished accordingly if that were to occur.

Currently the (temporary) eye injuries narrow the field of vision. Not sure if view range decreases or not.

I haven't noticed any degradation from the working eye, and there shouldn't be any range effect. The effect you'd get is loss of stereoscopic vision, and thus a reduced ability to determine distances.

Yeah a wounded eye results in a loss of widescreen vision for a week or two.
In the real world I once lost the sight in an eye for two or three weeks, and when it came back I had just got used to being monocular and it took another week or so to get used to having stereo vision again. Maybe after an eye injury heals there should still be a penalty to eyesight for a short while?
