[Discontinued/Unreproducible] Item duplication? New items appear in my house.

Ive found some new items in my house, they show up gradually, ive gotten two new axes, two broadhead arrows and a paddle which i assume are duplicates because i had those items already. But i also found a mushroom in my house, which i know i didnt collect.

This might be NPCs (mistakenly) stocking their property in your house.

Could you send me a savegame where your character is at that settlement.
You can find the character folder by the character's name, and if you .zip it up it compressed down to e-mail ok size.

After that, you can continue playing normally, but if new items still keep appearing please send another save as soon as you notice it.
