[Fixed in 3.84] [3.62] Villager burning my fence!

I'm playing the lonely settler scenario where my cottages happened to be right next to a village. There have been some funny stuff going around (such as https://www.unrealworld.fi/forums/index.php?topic=5803.0) but this one takes the cake: I came back to my cottage and a villager had made a fire on my fence gate  Luckily only the gate burned down. And I thought we were getting along just fine...

The fence is still on my map tile btw.
