I tried to leash a dog with a birh bark rope and it allowed me. The problem is that when I press A + c (The birch bark rope that has my dog) nothing occurs

Fixed. It's intended that birch-bark ropes work as leashes, but their properties weren't paid attention at unleashing. Hang in there, it might be that 2nd hotfix will be released tonight.
