[Fixed - persists in 3.51] Nameless Villager

Relatively busy Driik village and I found some nameless villagers.  I know there were some adjustments to make names not duplicate themselves in a town.  I don't know exactly how many people are in the town - it looks like at least 20.  I also found another woman with no name, distinct from the first.  It is a fortified town in Driik and there's a good amount of inventory as well.

Oh yes, accidental blank lines seemed to have ended up in the updated name lists.
Blanks removed, and tweakedthe code so that blank names aren't accepted as proper names.
