[Not a bug] berries "picked" bug

Just found that berry bushes picked on previous year grew as already picked next year.

I think that sometimes birds can pick the bushes, could this have happened to your bushes?  What type of berries and what time of year is it?  Have the berries ripened?

Yes, if animals have been eaten the berries they appear as picked, so I don't suspect a bug here.

demol, where all of the berries at the area picked? If not, then it pretty much confirms this being animals eating them.
