Is there a shortcut key for picking up and wielding an item at the same time?

I recalled that I once saw a post about the shortcut key for picking up and wielding an item in the same turn, but I forgot which key combination it is. That would be a very useful shortcut key espically during white hot combat. So, I wonder if anyone knows it and would like to remind me of it or if there's actually such a shortcut key.
