[3.60 beta hotfix 3] Disassembling a light lever trap takes 30 minutes

What happens: Disassembling a light lever trap takes 30 minutes, even though they take only a few minutes to construct.

Expected: Small deadfalls take only a little time to disassemble.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Make a small deadfall trap.
2. Disassemble it.

Oh, indeed. This seems to be a very old old inconsistency. It appears that any trap disassembling task takes 30 minutes, and there are no exceptions. Needs to be reasoned. To-do.
