Realtek hd does not like unreal/can't chage system volume.

Hey! My first try with unreal world, non steam (try like demo) and... always i run game my sound card gona wild, i hear everything but, i can not increase or decrease volume.
Taskbar shows changes but even if i decrease volume to zero i still hear everything, yt(i mean browser), games, music with aimp also i can't repair this (only restart), really weird bug, google show nothing so, anyone? I cant run game cause i must restart my pc again and again. I play many of games like this (df, cdda etc) and i have not seen (heard) anything like it, ever.

Hard to say what's wrong. It might be a bug in SDL_mixer library - some volume control failures have been reported at SDL2 bugzilla.
Then again, web is full of Realtek audio problem fixing instruction (on Windows), but if audio with other games works fine then things should be quite ok.
If there's a possibility to update your sound card drivers then you might try that at first.
