Any good Mods out there?

Basically, the title. Any good mods anyone would recommend. Browsed through several but most are outdated. Loved Shaman and Endives. Any other good ones to further my experience?

I was just looking back at the shaman mod to try it a bit but it looks like my current save wouldn't work with it.  I haven't found any new ones sadly.
