Hauberk vs Habergeon

Which one's better?

Hauberk can cover to elbows or to wrists, and groin or knees. Long versus ‘regular’
Habergeon cover upper torso (I have recall there’s short sleeve ones that cover to above elbow, and to groin.
It’s possible the long habergeon does it exist in-frame any longer, I don’t recall seeing one in a several years.
