 I think the addition of wet clothes should make players more disliked by the rain. Wet clothing weighs heavier (especially fur).  Clothes will dry out in warm weather, or by fire. This will also force players to take off their clothes before getting into the water. Also, being in the spring rain can lead to colds or just cold. :-\

oh, I looked through the development plans, but I seem to have missed this point. I'm glad that getting wet clothes is in the plans ;D

sometimes for roleplay i build a shelter whenever it starts to rain unless there's one on the worldmap within a reasonably short distance.
