Modding / Nettle Yarn difficulty

Using BAC, I can't seem to spin nettle yarn.  Spinning requests I use wool fibres only.  I reinstalled the game and the mod from scratch and continue to have the error.  Am I missing a step?  I have dried, retted fibres and a very cold PC.

Relatively busy Driik village and I found some nameless villagers.  I know there were some adjustments to make names not duplicate themselves in a town.  I don't know exactly how many people are in the town - it looks like at least 20.  I also found another woman with no name, distinct from the first.  It is a fortified town in Driik and there's a good amount of inventory as well.
