So, I seem to have gotten myself into a bit of a pickle...I do not think there is a way to speed it up at this stage but if you patiently wait time will heal the wound in relations. As you wait, the negativity level comes down a bit, at which point they will let you communicate and trade with them (rather than warn you to instantly leave or get beaten). It will take months for the villagers to forgive you enough to allow to begin to improve relations, maybe even years. Not without modding in new DIY recipes. For example, the boneworking module in BAC has some to turn those butchery products into arrow points, decorative objects, and tool components.

Without mods, bones serve as food for dogs and I think you can make fishing hooks from them.Let me add that bone is 'low density' dog food (compared to meat in any form) while it is logically expected, I would like to mention that it does make a difference in the game. If you are not in rush to go elsewhere after feeding dogs that is of course no problem at all, they will slowly chew the bone and eventually will feel full... On the other hand if you are in rush to feed dogs & then go elsewhere with your dogs, then this will be a delayer as it takes dogs a long time to consume adequate bone to feel full.
