Title: Add otters to the game

Otter (lutra lutra) is relatively rare now but used to be common and was hunted for its fur.

They are about the size of the fox, fur might be a bit thicker. I am not an expert on otters but in game they would probably behave like beavers, but might spend a bit more time on land.

Adding them to the game would bring some fun variety to medium sized fur bearing animals.

I can’t recall seeing any otters in several versions/years. But in-game encyclopedia does list them.
