Title: Antlers and bones

Rookie question....
Can you do anything with the bones and antlers from reindeers?

Not without modding in new DIY recipes. For example, the boneworking module in BAC (https://www.unrealworld.fi/forums/index.php?topic=4712.0) has some to turn those butchery products into arrow points, decorative objects, and tool components.

Without mods, bones serve as food for dogs and I think you can make fishing hooks from them.

As far as I know, antlers are just for decoration.

Let me add that bone is 'low density' dog food (compared to meat in any form) while it is logically expected, I would like to mention that it does make a difference in the game.

If you are not in rush to go elsewhere after feeding dogs that is of course no problem at all, they will slowly chew the bone and eventually will feel full...
On the other hand if you are in rush to feed dogs & then go elsewhere with your dogs, then this will be a delayer as it takes dogs a long time to consume adequate bone to feel full.

Yes you can. Bone arrowheads and bone fishhooks.

I recently got a fine pair of Reindeer antlers and was wondering if there was any way to hang them to the walls of my cabin.

There’s no dedicated mechanic to apply them to your cabin, but you can push them in to a wall tile.
